If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site. By using our services, you warrant that you are entering into a binding contract with RelayRaven, LLC. Intellectual Property Rights

RelayRaven’s trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property incorporated into the Site are the sole property of RelayRaven, LLC or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any material, illustrations, photographs, video, or content from the Site without consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any use that constitutes an infringement of any of the above-stated intellectual property rights is prohibited. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to remove any content or take any steps deemed appropriate to protect such rights.

User Content

www.relayraven.com allows its users to post, upload, or comment on content on the Site. This user-generated content includes, but is not limited to reviews, comments, and pictures. By posting on the Site, you grant RelayRaven a perpetual, nonexclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to any and all of the user content you post. You acknowledge that you are the sole owner of any copyrights and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third parties. You agree to be fully responsible for any content you post on the Site.

User reviews, comments, pictures, and ideas posted on the Site may be used to improve www.relayraven.com. By submitting user content, you give permission to store and use such content to improve our services.

RelayRaven may monitor any user’s content posted to the Site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove, terminate, or prohibit users from accessing the Site for any reason or no reason with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

Users of the Site agree to the following guidelines:

You will keep your username and password confidential. You will not share this information with any other person.

You will not use another user’s login and registration information.

You will not create fake accounts for the purpose of spamming users or visitors, collecting personal information with or without consent, or any other deceptive practices.

You will not circumvent, evade, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security of the Site.

You will not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Use of Google APIs

RelayRaven uses Google APIs, including but not limited to the YouTube Data API, to enable features such as video uploads, metadata management, and user authentication. By connecting your Google account, you grant RelayRaven permission to interact with your Google services in accordance with the scopes you authorize.

RelayRaven’s use of Google user data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not access, store, or share personal data from your Google account beyond what is necessary to fulfill the features you explicitly request.

Third-Party Platform Integration

RelayRaven may facilitate the distribution of your content to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or others. By using these integrations, you agree to abide by the respective terms of service and community guidelines of those platforms.

RelayRaven is not responsible for any restrictions, removals, demonetizations, account suspensions, or terminations imposed by third-party platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure your content complies with the requirements of any external service you choose to connect.

Responsibility for Copyrighted Material

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to RelayRaven, including audio, video, images, text, and any associated metadata. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and distribute such content, including the right to publish it on third-party platforms.

RelayRaven does not monitor or verify the ownership of uploaded content. We do not provide legal review or intellectual property validation. If your content violates copyright law or infringes upon the rights of others, you are fully liable for any resulting consequences.

RelayRaven will not be held responsible for content takedowns, copyright strikes, account suspensions, or removals by third-party services or copyright holders. We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform if repeat or egregious violations are reported.

Use of AI Services

RelayRaven may use artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to enhance your uploaded content. These tools may be used to generate summaries, transcriptions, metadata, thumbnail images, or other enhancements for publishing.

By using RelayRaven, you consent to the use of these automated services. Your content is never used to train third-party AI models, and we process your media in secure environments with limited access. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of any AI-generated outputs and disclaim liability for errors or omissions generated by AI systems.

Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

You may not use RelayRaven to upload, store, generate, or distribute any content that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
  • Includes explicit, sexually graphic, or obscene material
  • Violates local, state, or federal law
  • Intentionally misleads or impersonates others

RelayRaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice. Repeat violations may result in permanent account loss and legal reporting.

Subscription Limitations and Quotas

Access to RelayRaven’s services may be subject to limitations based on your subscription tier. These may include caps on monthly uploads, minutes of media processed, storage, integrations, and features. Specific plan details can be found on our Pricing page.

If you exceed your plan’s limits, your access to certain features may be paused until your next billing cycle unless you upgrade or purchase additional capacity. We may also implement fair use restrictions to ensure equitable access to system resources.

Content Retention and Deletion

Uploaded content is stored temporarily to complete the services requested. RelayRaven may automatically delete content after processing or after a period of inactivity, as outlined in our internal retention policy. Users are solely responsible for backing up their original media.

We reserve the right to remove old, inactive, or incomplete content from our servers without prior notice. Certain deleted content may not be recoverable.

Data Minimization and Audit Compliance

RelayRaven adheres to the principle of data minimization, only requesting access scopes that are strictly necessary to fulfill user-initiated actions. We proactively limit exposure of sensitive data and maintain internal controls to meet third-party platform audit requirements, including those of Google and YouTube.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELAYRAVEN DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, BE IT DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER IT ARISES FROM PERSONAL INJURY, FINANCIAL LOSS, DATA LOSS, OPPORTUNITY LOSS, THIRD-PARTY USE OR MISUSE, AGGREGATE SERVICE, PERSONAL DISSATISFACTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THE FULL ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND THEREFORE RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH YOU, THE USER AND VISITOR. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelayRaven, its directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, assignors, and licensors from and against any lawsuits, disputes, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, or expenses related to or stemming from any use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and any other policies incorporated into this agreement.

Choice of Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of THE SITE are governed by and construed according to the law of the state of Texas. Each party agrees to submit to the courts of the state of Texas and that the state of Texas has personal jurisdiction over the matter.

Dispute Resolution

We believe that it is beneficial to all parties to quickly resolve any potential disputes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. In line with this belief, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be handled and resolved according to the provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise explicitly stated. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any such issues informally. If informal attempts fail, you agree to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy to binding arbitration.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL YOU MAY HAVE IN ANY AND ALL JUDICIAL PROCEDURES AND PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE UNDER THESE TERMS.

ALL PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO PRESENT CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain unaffected and will not be considered unenforceable, void, or invalid. They will maintain the full force of law to the extent possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If any updates are made to these Terms, they will be posted here. Additionally, if material changes are made, we will notify you via a notice posted on the Site, and registered users will receive an additional email. Please check this page frequently for updates.
